Mr. Malewicz joined Wilary Winn in February 2023 after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Raphael teams with Wilary Winn managers and senior analysts on merger and acquisition valuations, the firm’s fair value engagements, goodwill impairment testing, asset liability management (ALM), and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) analyses.
