Our Site is meant for adults and those who have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their domicile. Who Do We Share Your Data With?

We do work with a number of third parties to provide the best service possible for our customers. We ensure that each of the companies we work with meets rigid privacy standards and allows us to control the data held within each of their systems. Below is a list of third parties we work with and their associated privacy policies. We do not share any of this information without your consent. If for some reason you prefer not to have us share this information, it may hinder the service we’re able to provide, but we’ll honor your request.

  • WPEngine – WPEngine provides web hosting, security monitoring, back-ups and tech support for our website. Back-ups of the data you share with us are kept by them. They strictly comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. You can read their Privacy Policy here.
  • MailChimp – We use Mailchimp to send out occasional newsletters. We share your email address, name, and region with MailChimp so we can deliver these messages to you. You can read MailChimp’s privacy policy.

Use of Information We Collect

We use the information we collect about you to:

  • Conduct research about our customers, their interests, and the effectiveness of communications and marketing campaigns.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All offers of our Services are deemed to have been made in the State of Minnesota. Wilary Winn does not offer its services to anyone residing in or located within the European Union.
