Emphasis in Residential MSRs, Commercial, and Other Consumer Loan Types.

As a director, Ms. Ramin leads a team that specializes in the valuation of residential mortgage servicing rights, as well as Small Business Association (SBA) servicing rights, gain on sale calculations related to SBA loan sales, and commercial, ag, auto, home equity, and home equity line of credit (HELOC) servicing related to loan sale participations. With her expertise in accounting and regulatory reporting related to mortgage servicing rights, she leads a team that provides valuations for portfolios ranging from $1 million to over $5 billion, serving more than 400 clients nationwide. In addition to her technical expertise, Anneliese plays a key role in building and expanding these business lines, ensuring optimal staffing, and mentoring a team of financial analysts.

Anneliese joined Wilary Winn in 2015. She has a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. When she’s not working, Anneliese enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, savoring good food, and helping others.
