Brennan Bauer

Financial Analyst

Mr. Bauer joined Wilary Winn in September of 2024 and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investment, & Banking as well as in Real Estate. Prior to joining Wilary Winn, Brennan worked in corporate accounting for two years. Brennan works with Wilary Winn’s senior staff on merger and acquisition valuations, the firm’s fair value engagements, goodwill impairment testing, current expected credit loss (CECL) analyses, and valuations of mortgage servicing right (MSR) portfolios. When away from the office, Brennan enjoys traveling, seeking out new culinary adventures, and spending quality time with friends.
