Emphasis in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL)

As a director at Wilary Winn, Mr. Tessier leads the firm’s ALM and CECL business lines. In this role, Mike is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality in Wilary Winn’s product offerings, overseeing a team of skilled analysts, and directing the ongoing advancement of the firm’s proprietary financial models.

In addition, Mike leads the firm’s model validation services, including models used for asset liability management (ALM), Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL), reverse mortgages, residential mortgage servicing rights, and mortgage banking derivatives.

Mike joined the firm in 2016. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Mike enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and camping.
