Seth Craig

Senior Financial Analyst

Mr. Craig has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with Wilary Winn since 2022. Seth works on asset liability management (ALM), merger and acquisition valuations, goodwill impairment testing, and current expected credit loss (CECL) analyses.

Prior to joining Wilary Winn, Seth served as a Senior Director in RSM’s business valuation group. His work included overseeing the performance and review of financial institution valuations for business combinations, goodwill impairment testing, strategic planning, gift and estate tax, and mortgage servicing rights.

Seth has also worked in corporate development for a regional community bank. When he isn’t working, Seth enjoys golfing, reading, and walking his two Whippets.
