Fall Conference Season Starts Soon

Fall 2026 brings a host of conferences and other events that Wilary Winn sponsors and attends. This year’s conference line-up includes:

AICPA Conference on Banks & Savings Institutions + Conference on Credit Unions, September 14-16

Wilary Winn Director Mike Tessier will be speaking at this year’s conference as part of a panel discussion titled “From Theory to Reality: CECL Lessons Learned Across the Industry.” The Monday, September 14th, 2:55 p.m. discussion “will explore how credit unions have moved from initial adoption to day-to-day execution, highlighting what has worked, what has proven more difficult than expected, and where practices continue to evolve.” Michael Ososki, Partner at Forvis Mazars; Stephen LaBarbera, Principal at Doeren Mayhew; and Samantha Wolfe, VP of Finance and Accounting at CAMPUS USA Credit Union, will be co-hosting the panel.
This year’s conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. Mike will be attending with other Wilary Winn senior staff who hope to see you there!

Iowa Credit Union Convention, September 16-18

Wilary Winn will again be sponsoring the largest credit union educational and networking opportunity in Iowa, held at the Community Choice Convention Center in Des Moines. FHLB Des Moines Mortgage Conference, October 26-28

Wilary Winn staff will be back in Des Moines to sponsor this year’s event, which is exclusive to members of FHLB Des Moines. This year’s sessions focus on on expanding homeownership opportunities through digital innovation, AI insights, evolving borrower preferences, and stronger client relationships.

NAGGL Annual Conference, November 3-5

Wilary Winn will be exhibiting at this year’s National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders Annual Conference, to be held in San Diego, and hailed as the industry’s biggest stage for 7(a) lending.
